Maybe you notice tension in your shoulders, belly, breathing or sleep. Your body stays alert, even when you try to relax.
Shiatsu can be a calm way to reconnect with your body. It may support you with, among other things, stress, burnout symptoms, overstimulation, sleep difficulties and psychosomatic complaints.
What to expect
During the treatment, you remain fully clothed and lie on a cotton futon mat. With gentle pressure, stretches and attentive touch, I work on the body. We take time to slow down, feel and notice what your body is communicating — without forcing, and at a pace that feels right for you.
I work in a trauma-sensitive way, with attention to safety, boundaries and your own rhythm.
A session at Ki Rijk Shiatsu
For each appointment, I take enough time. We start calmly, with space to arrive and share what is present for you.
After that, we move to the futon mat for the Shiatsu treatment. Afterwards, you do not have to rush straight back into your day; there is time to feel what has shifted and to round off gently.
First appointment including intake and treatment: €90
Follow-up appointment: €80
